Flanged Formwork and Facade Scaffolding
As a general application, it is used as working scaffolding for filling volumes in building facades, shipyards and large spaces. In addition, it is possible to design robust molded carrier scaffolds as it has the possibility to connect to each other in four directions. It consists of a flanged vertical element and horizontal elements with a locking mechanism called the dovetail.
Connection points consist of flange made of 8 mm sheet, dovetail made of 4 mm sheet and wedge made of 8 mm sheet.
Products such as lower adjustment shafts, 50 cm starting element are used to get the level difference on the ground. As standard, vertical elements have flanges at intervals of 50 cm.
In line with the increasing demand for safe scaffolding recently, the connections that will serve as horizontal railing are increased by using flanges on these scaffolds with an interval of 50 cm and meet the safe scaffolding standard. Safe passage between the floors is provided with applications such as in-pier ladder, suspended sailing ladder. With metal planks, both a safe working environment is provided and the strength of the pier is increased.
The scaffold is fixed to the building with a wall support or a tie rod.
Vertical elements are produced as standard industrial pipe, 48 * 3.00 mm, horizontal elements 48 * 2.50 mm TSE Certificated, subjected to mechanical tests.
Vertical elements are made as 300 cm, 200 cm and 100 cm as standard, and horizontal elements as 300 cm, 250 cm, 200 cm, 150 cm, 100 cm and 70 cm.
Automatic gas welding machines are used in our production. Our products are anti-rust painted and can also be coated with hot dip galvanized upon request.
